Its decentralized architecture characterizes the entire construction project: The thirteen different sized units can be used for office and business, as well as for residential purposes. They all have toilet facilities, pantry, closet space, and telephone systems.
Continuous cable conduits on the façade glazing as well as floor conduits enable smooth office communications.
All units are network capable. In addition, Engelhardt Courts is connected to the cable TV network.
Each rental unit has its own sophisticated house entrance.
To provide a pleasant reception situation, the architect planned optional spatial extensions at the entrances to the offices.
The building situation allows easy unit expansion or connection and thus flexible adaptation to spatial needs.
Nor is partitioning within the units in any way static, because the supporting structure consists of few props.
